Before I shut Chrome down, I went and checked Facebook. And I noticed all these images of cats running down under the sponsored links… and my immediate reaction was “WTF? I have an ad blocker, why is there some kind of weird-ass ad for some kind of cat-related product?”
Further investigation has shown that, not only does AdBlock for Chrome block out a whole heap of ads, including but not limited to those in videos on Blip, the Ten website and more, it now replaces them with photos of cats, with CatBlocker.
I am totally fine with this and you too should switch to Chrome and get this addon so you too no longer have to put up with ads on the internet.
